Due to health problems, Lady Gaga had to cancel the Rock in Rio and postpone the European part of Joanne Tour. But her fans have a reason to rejoice. The film “A Born a Star”, starring Gaga will arrive earlier in theaters.
Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that Warner Bros. has advanced its four-month premiere date from September 28, 2018 to May 18, 2018 in the United States.
“A Born a Star” is directed by Bradley Cooper who has already praised the work of the singer and actress. “She’s unbelievable, my God. She’s really amazing. ”
The production is actually a remake of a 1954 film (with Judy Garland), which won another version in 1976 (with Barbra Streisand, who won the Oscar for best original song). Gaga will appear in credits with her real name, Stefani Germanotta.
This will be the first protagonist of Gaga in theaters, who has appeared in films such as “Machete Mata” and “Sin City: The Fatal Lady”, in addition to starring in the series “American Horror Story” for which she won a Golden Globe on Thursday season.
